Returns
Standard return eligibility
Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Some product categories are not eligible for return
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Unlimited Workout Videos + Community Access – Subscription Policy
Applies only to purchases that include this subscription offer
When you purchase the FlexiFlow Pilates Bar, your order includes a 30-day free trial to our Unlimited Workout Videos + Community Access, as stated on the product page and at checkout.
After the 30-day free trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at $19.99 per month unless canceled before the trial period ends.
Subscription Cancellations
Cancel before the trial ends to avoid future charges
You may cancel your subscription at any time during the 30-day free trial period to avoid being charged.
If you cancel during the trial, you will continue to have access to the workout library until the end of the trial period.
Subscription Refunds
Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed
All subscription charges are final once billed.
We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for:

Failure to cancel before the end of the free trial

Unused time on an active subscription

Forgotten or accidental renewals
This subscription is considered a digital service. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.

Proof of Purchase
A valid order record is required for all returns
To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error will not be eligible for a refund.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery is also not eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Inspection and approval process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
Please allow time for banks and card providers to process the refund
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund appears in your account.
