Order & Shipping
How long will my order take?
Please allow 2–3 business days to process your order. Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days within the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Canada, and 15–20 business days for other destinations.
How do I check my order status?
Once your parcel ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
Why isn’t tracking information showing?
It can take up to 48 hours for tracking data to appear. Occasionally, overseas carriers experience additional delays, but rest assured your order is on its way.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account offers faster checkout, order status and history, plus notifications of new products and promotions.
What if I entered the wrong email address?
Contact us so we can update your email, name or address. Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.
Are there exchange rates?
All transactions are processed in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank will convert the total using its daily exchange rate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal. We cannot accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.
How secure is my online order?
Your card details are entered on an SSL‑encrypted page and sent securely to our payment processor. We do not store credit card data.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Cancellations after placement incur a USD 1.00 fee, which offsets payment‑processor charges. Orders already packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
How should I enter my shipping address?
Our system uses English characters; please enter your address accordingly.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Once processed or shipped, the address cannot be changed. Please use your permanent address rather than a temporary one.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times depend on your chosen shipping option. We email tracking details the day after dispatch, though they may take 24 hours to become active.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email 1–3 days after shipment, and you can track it directly on our website.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined.
What if something is missing from my order?
Please contact us immediately if any item is missing.
I ordered several items but only received one—where’s the rest?
We sometimes ship items separately to speed delivery. The remaining items are still on their way.
Shipping & Customs
When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled at our facilities in the US, UK or China. We process Monday through Friday; orders are processed within three business days and shipped the next day. We don’t ship on weekends.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Prices on our site are tax‑free in US dollars. Customs duties, taxes, and related fees may be assessed upon arrival and are the customer’s responsibility.
Is my order eligible for free shipping?
Free shipping applies to qualifying orders (minimum purchase required) and excludes discounted, sale, or oversize items. Free shipping uses economy delivery.
My order hasn’t arrived—could it be lost?
If you suspect a delay or loss, contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Contact our team with your order number and reason for return; we’ll provide instructions.
What if my item is defective, incorrect or damaged?
We’re sorry if this happens. Contact us within seven days of receipt with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
How long does the returns process take?
Returns are typically processed within 14 business days from the date we receive them.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are credited to your original payment method. For credit/debit cards, banks typically process refunds within 7–10 business days.

Where are you based?
FlexiFlow operates online, with products stored in multiple fulfillment centers worldwide to expedite delivery.
I’m having trouble ordering online—can I place an order by phone?
We’re unable to take phone orders. Please try another device or browser, and contact us if you continue to have trouble.
I’ve sent you an email—when will I hear back?
We aim to reply within 24 hours; our office is closed on weekends, so emails sent then will be answered the next business day.
